Our Doncaster East clinic offers a wide range of services, including clinical skin treatments, waxing, tinting, and body therapies. It blends traditional beauty services with advanced skincare. Our Prahran location focuses solely on clinical skin treatments and laser hair removal, providing targeted, high-performance services in a modern, specialised setting.

CLINIC POLICIES
Soraya Skin Clinic has implemented specific terms and conditions for appointments to enhance the overall client experience. These include a 50% non-refundable deposit requirement, a 24-hour notice for any changes or cancellations, a reminder notification sent 3 days prior to the appointment, and a request to arrive 10 minutes early. Adhering to these policies is crucial to ensure a smooth and efficient experience at Soraya Skin clinic. Thank you for your cooperation.
For all deposits, this is redeemable from the total cost of the treatment on the day of your appointment. If you choose to keep the deposit on your account for future bookings, you will not have to pay a deposit for every booking, and the total cost of the treatment will be paid on the day.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances arise, and you need to change your booking. We do kindly ask that you allow us 24 hours’ notice. If you cancel your appointment without 24 24-hour notice period, the deposit will be forfeited. When making an appointment, please be familiar with our policies and agree to the terms and conditions before making an appointment at Soraya Skin Clinic.
